**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental fields, is seeking to hire 3 Senior Architects - Technical Assistance for Housing (Balearic Islands - Mallorca) in Mallorca **Work Location** -------------------- * Mallorca (Balearic Islands), with occasional travel within Mallorca and other islands **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Support in leading studies and civil engineering construction projects. * Support in supervision and execution of civil engineering construction projects with special emphasis on quality, occupational risk prevention, safety and health, construction procedures and technology, and building materials manufacturing. * Support in drafting projects and site management and activities in civil constructions. * Support in all Technical Unit tasks related to new construction, including supervision and assistance in file processing to ensure compliance with current regulations and requirements regarding sustainability, procurement, economic control, etc. * Support in all Technical Unit tasks related to maintenance and improvement of the real estate portfolio **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must justify fulfillment of requirements by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process), as applicable: * Official academic degree certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract enabling verification and accreditation of required professional experience. * Internship attachments enabling verification and accreditation of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Senior Architecture degree or under the Bologna Plan, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (300 credits) or Bachelor's + Official Master's Degree in Architecture (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Class B driver's license **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior (professional or academic) experience working in public administration * Prior (professional or academic) experience in tasks related to their qualification **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Fixed-term contract of approximately 2 months, with possibility of extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring reason, project, and circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time 37.5 hours/week.
