The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Providing telephone and email support to users of educational institutions. * Recording all handled contacts. * Resolving queries regarding the use of management applications. * Managing and tracking incidents Requirements **What are we looking for?** * Academic qualification: Vocational Training Level I or II, or University Degree. * Certified C1 level proficiency in Basque (mandatory). * Communication skills in both Basque and Spanish. * Ability to learn quickly, patience, empathy, and basic computer user skills.
