Do you have strong interpersonal skills? Do you have experience in customer service in dining rooms, bars, or terraces? Then we are looking for you—we need to hire a Waiter/Waitress working 40 hours per week to cover a permanent vacancy at one of our facilities located in the Martorell area. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering qualified, autonomous, and responsible service. * Clearing tables. * Operating coffee machines. * Providing counter service. * Processing payments via POS terminals. ### **Requirements** * Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO), Basic Vocational Training, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum one year’s experience as a waiter/waitress. * Full and immediate availability. * Must reside near or within Igualada city center, surrounding areas, or possess personal transportation to commute to the workplace. * Problem-solving ability. * Responsible and committed individuals. ### **We Offer** * Initial one-month contract, with potential conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance. * 40-hour weekly work schedule. * Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, with two legally mandated rest days; minimum one weekend per month. \- Rotating shifts: 6:00–14:00, 7:00–15:00, 8:00–16:00, or 9:00–17:00 * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Collective Catering. * €1,495.29 gross per month paid in 14 installments. * €1,758.82 gross per month paid in 12 installments. * Immediate incorporation
