We are looking for a logistics coordinator to manage and train personnel in charge, ensuring their proper training in daily tasks. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and supervising processes related to the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Among the main responsibilities is the integration of new clients into the logistics operations, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient transition. In addition, the candidate must carry out staff control and management, coordinating daily with the platform manager and team leaders. The position requires a focus on achieving objectives, with variable compensation linked to the productivity of the personnel under supervision. The logistics coordinator is expected to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or higher degree * Minimum of 2 to 4 years of prior experience * Own vehicle * Availability for rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) or weekend shift (16 hours)
