CISET is recruiting for the position of **Cybersecurity Technician**: **Responsibilities** At CISET, we seek a professional responsible for proactively developing and executing threat and vulnerability detection activities, producing appropriate documentation and ensuring knowledge transfer to the rest of the team. Analyze and implement security across all systems and services, including WAN/LAN networks, Windows networks, endpoints, as well as installation, configuration, and/or maintenance of cybersecurity tools. **Minimum Requirements:** Higher vocational training cycle in technological fields, FP Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and/or equivalent qualification. Solid technical foundation in computing and cybersecurity with a practical orientation. Experience/knowledge in the following areas will be valued: * Security management and administration (firewalls, access control, etc.). * Installation, configuration, and/or maintenance of cybersecurity solutions (antivirus, antispam, antiransomware, etc.). * Use of remote control tools. * Support for Windows operating systems. * Secure administration and configuration of systems. * Perimeter Protection: Firewall, WAF, DDoS, CASB, etc. * Network Protection: IPS, IDS, NAC. * Endpoint Protection: EDR and EPR. * Service Protection: Active Directory, Web, DNS, ZTNA, etc. * Cloud Environment Protection. * SaaS Environment Protection. * Incident detection and response using cybersecurity monitoring tools. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of Linux platforms. * Knowledge of macOS platforms. * Microsoft certifications. * Technical certifications (Sophos, ESET, Netskope, Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.). * English language proficiency at intermediate level — B2. **Attitudes** A strong sense of responsibility, commitment to the company, autonomy, teamwork ability, and interpersonal skills will be highly valued. **Employment Conditions** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break; Fridays: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. * 26 working days of vacation.
