We are seeking personnel to perform key tasks within the metal parts production and assembly process. Responsibilities include carefully inspecting materials to ensure they meet required dimensions and quality standards—a fundamental step for the proper functioning of the final product. Participation in component assembly is also required, following technical drawings and work instructions to join structures or mechanisms. Work takes place in a dynamic workshop environment where coordination with the team is essential to achieve daily and weekly production targets. Precision and attention to detail are highly valued, as any error may impact subsequent manufacturing stages. The ability to adapt to various tasks within the metallurgical area—such as preparation or quality control—is beneficial depending on current operational needs. The individual contributes to maintaining the quality and efficiency levels required by the activity. A minimum of one year’s prior experience as a metalworker or operator in the metallurgical or related industrial sector is required. It is mandatory to have a personal vehicle for commuting to work and full-time availability to cover rotating shifts—including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Practical knowledge of part verification and familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts applied in the metalworking field will be considered advantageous.
