With an active, get\-things\-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference. **Your mission:** Specialist role to manage Master Data Maintenance, as part of the new Master Data maintenance and Internal Pricing Communication process, within the SAP PIRT environment for Iberia. With the implementation of Quantum (SAP PIRT Iberia), business needs require the creation of a support team for the Sales and Master Data Department. The main responsibility of this role will be the correct management of the process flow for creating and maintaining Master Data objects (Customers), assisting and advising the business when creating or modifying records in SAP, ensuring accurate internal pricing communication within established deadlines to avoid billing issues, and recording promotional plans in SFA so that the team has the correct information (promotional themes, spaces, etc.) for the customers they regularly visit, enabling IBP to accurately estimate demand based on this information: customers and prices. Responsibilities: **Your day to day with us:** * Responsible for the management of master data (creation and modification of customer records \-inclusive of drivers, intercompany, sales routes, hierarchies\- and internal pricing communications) at the enterprise level (PepsiCo Iberia). * Execute the necessary SAP workflows to fulfil business requirements: creation/modification of customer master data. * Ensure the correct use of the new internal pricing communication tool to guarantee that the information recorded in the system (SAP) matches the information agreed upon with customers and is done within the established deadlines. * Recording the agreed\-upon Promotional Plan in SFA, so the Field team has visibility into topics, EEAA, etc., for the clients they visit, and for the IBP team's demand forecasting. * Opening, executing, and monitoring special requests via ServiceNow for Master Data management (mass modifications, manual modifications). * Proactively maintaining communication with those requesting Master Data modifications (creation, maintenance) and keeping them updated on the status of the process. * Proactively maintain communication with Key Account Managers to ensure accurate pricing, promotional themes, EEAA (Executive and Administrative Activities), and promotional dates. * Close collaboration with other departments: Sales, Customer Service, Master Data, Control, DMO, etc. * Ability to prioritize MDM management team tasks to guarantee uninterrupted work for all participants involved in the customer creation and activation process. * Ability to organize and schedule internal communication tasks regarding pricing and promotional plan recordings in SFA (Single\-Facilitated Accounts) within the company's established internal deadlines. * Master Data Control: Verify existing master data against record creation/modification requirements. * Collaborate with Global Quality, DSO, and Global IT to identify improvement opportunities and risks, report incidents, and implement proposed solutions. Test new solutions and share them with the company. * Participate in company\-wide projects; propose and create master data solutions within the quality management field. * Optimize Master Data QM processes to improve efficiency and quality by proposing, developing, and implementing solutions in processes and systems. * Support internal and/or external audits, actively participating as required.
