To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **Your Responsibilities** -------------- * Be responsible for the store team: carry out staff selection, hiring, training, and development under the supervision and collaboration of the Sales Manager. * Manage the store, ensuring the standards defined by the company and compliance with store procedures. * Be responsible for product availability in-store and accurate shrinkage accounting. * Ensure optimized store operations. * Prepare and conduct the cost meeting together with the Sales Manager. * Annually and monthly plan store sales and productivity. **Your Profile** ------------- * Vocational Training Certificate (Medium Level) or equivalent. * Prior experience of over one year in team management. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * People- and colleague-oriented, flexible, and a strong team player. * High organizational, planning, and leadership capabilities. **What We Offer** -------------------- * A full-time employment contract. * We provide you with a six-month theoretical\-practical training program tailored to your role, enabling you to successfully meet every challenge.
