Professional development in HVAC/refrigeration **What will be your role?** You will be responsible for commissioning, verification, and maintenance of industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal operation of installations and compliance with technical and safety specifications. Responsibilities and Duties * Performing interventions on HVAC/refrigeration units, including commissioning, repairs, and verification according to established protocols and procedures. * Providing customer support by issuing service orders, diagnosing issues, and repairing products covered under warranty. * Carrying out work in accordance with current regulations and operational protocols implemented by Grupo Keyter for Service Technicians. * Proper use of tools and software required to support HVAC/refrigeration units. * Coordination with the regional manager to ensure proper execution of tasks. * Completion of activity reports, work logs, unit verification reports, and other documents required during interventions. * Ordering necessary spare parts for interventions, identifying them correctly, and managing returns. Education and Experience * Medium or higher vocational qualification, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installations. * Valid and up-to-date certifications required for this position: Refrigerant Handling Certificate, RITE (Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios). * Prior experience in similar roles. * Languages: Catalan and Spanish (mandatory), English (desirable). * Analytical ability, capacity to define incidents, gather information, draw conclusions, and execute actions. * Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, technical documentation, technical instructions, and control software. * Commitment to maintaining the company’s image and ability to communicate effectively and clearly across various contexts and situations. * Willingness to travel throughout the assigned operational area. * Commitment to ongoing learning, training, and assimilation of new knowledge and skills. * Valid driver's license.
