Within the Gasol Foundation, this role will also support the coordination of all actions according to the organization’s needs. This person will be a key figure in the organization, consistently serving as the organization’s visible representative before all entities, organizations, and institutions through which the Gasol Foundation implements its initiatives. For this reason, it is essential that the candidate fully aligns with the organization’s values and working approach, and stands out as a highly capable professional who maintains a consistently positive and balanced attitude, works effectively in teams, and ensures the highest level of excellence in every action implemented. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Implementing child and youth health promotion activities across various settings by traveling to reference centers—primarily in municipalities across Catalonia and occasionally in other regions of Spain—while transporting all necessary materials (anthropometric equipment, documentation, pedagogical and communication resources, or others). Ensuring quality and excellence in each action implemented by the Gasol Foundation, always maintaining a positive and proactive attitude aimed at identifying and implementing necessary improvements to maximize the impact of activities on children, families, and professionals. Ensuring that both the Gasol Foundation’s team and partner entities involved in healthy habit promotion projects have, at all times, the materials and infrastructure required to implement each activity outlined in each project’s methodology. Strengthening constant and proactive communication with the project technical team, technical coordination, and the Research and Programs Department leadership to continuously identify areas for improvement in the Gasol Foundation’s activities and projects. Contributing to the effective coordination of the Gasol Foundation’s projects and activities through ongoing collaboration with the project technical team, technical coordination, and the Research and Programs Department leadership—as well as with the Communications, Alliances, Administration, and Fundraising departments whenever necessary. Contributing to the conceptualization and development of technical sheets and other materials needed to create or revise in order to achieve the objectives of the Gasol Foundation’s projects. Contributing to the generation of scientific knowledge derived from the Gasol Foundation’s projects and studies. Ensuring appropriate and rigorous management of documentation generated during epidemiological studies and interventions promoting healthy lifestyles led by—or carried out in collaboration with—the Gasol Foundation, as well as managing materials required for implementing each activity. This includes preparing, transporting, storing, and safeguarding such documentation and materials. Support may be provided at all times by other members of the Research, Programs, and Operations team. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** **Education:** University degree or higher vocational training qualification. Preferably in Social Education, Early Childhood Education, Social Work or Social Integration; however, training in Health Sciences or Physical Activity and Sport will also be considered. **Experience:** At least 3 years’ experience related to the responsibilities described (implementing activities and leading groups of children, adolescents, families, or professionals) within the field of promoting healthy lifestyles, working with families facing socioeconomic vulnerability, and operating in multidisciplinary and dynamic environments. **Skills and Competencies:** Excellent communication skills and ability to manage groups of children, adolescents, families, and/or professionals. Outstanding empathy, active listening, and coordination skills when interacting with people and professionals from diverse sectors. Location: Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona) for office-based tasks, and municipalities across Catalonia (in the vast majority of cases) and elsewhere in Spain (occasionally), where the GF implements its projects.
