Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC lathe operator for an engineering company in Leganés, responsible for commissioning, operating, programming, machining, and inspecting parts. Key Highlights: 1. Potential for permanent employment We are looking for professionals with experience operating CNC lathes at a leading company specializing in engineering and high-precision machining. The company is located in Leganés. Main responsibilities include commissioning and operating the CNC lathe, loading programs, and properly preparing the machinery. The role also involves mounting and securing workpieces for machining, as well as performing machining processes according to drawing specifications. Additionally, measurements and dimensional inspections must be carried out using conventional tools. Simple adjustments to machine parameters will be required to ensure final product quality, and the workstation must be kept clean and organized. The position offers an initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT), with potential for permanent employment. Rotating shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. What Are We Looking For? * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes. * Vocational training in Machining, Mechanical Production, or related fields (FPI/FPII) is desirable. * Responsible individual with ability to interpret engineering drawings and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle to access the workplace. * Availability for immediate start.
