The role requires a strategic-minded individual with market orientation and the ability to work cross-functionally across various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to identify opportunities for product development. - Define and monitor the product development plan, coordinating with Design, R&D, and Production. - Establish the value proposition for product lines (positioning, pricing, and sales arguments). - Manage product launches, ensuring effective internal and external communication. - Ensure technical and commercial documentation (spec sheets, price lists, presentations, sales arguments). - Coordinate sales team training and gather market feedback. Collaborate with the Communications department on catalogues, campaigns, and promotional materials. - Analyze product commercial performance (sales, margins, turnover) and propose improvements or discontinuations. - Ensure product portfolio coherence with brand strategy and market needs.
