Join us! **What shapes your daily work** ------------------------------ * Be the Store Manager's right-hand person: Collaborate with the Store Manager and Regional Manager to monitor store KPIs * You have a merchant mindset, understand seasonality and customer expectations, and drive sales and customer satisfaction in line with the Action concept: Boost your store’s appeal, place orders, receive goods, manage stock, implement new products, etc. * Contribute to daily store life with the objective of maintaining a full, clean, well-organized, and commercially vibrant store: Monitor activity progress, implement staff schedules, shelf products, relay decisions made by the Store Manager and Regional Manager, etc. * Work in a challenging environment: Handle unexpected situations, respond quickly and effectively with calm, solution-focused approaches * Co-manage teams: Facilitate communication within teams, support recruitment of store staff, onboarding of new colleagues, and team upskilling **Your essential strengths:** -------------------------- * You hold a post-secondary qualification (Bac+2 level) or have at least two years’ successful experience in team management and retail. * Grounded and hands-on, you demonstrate discipline, rigor, and responsibility * You possess leadership qualities — able to unite and support your team with empathy, adapting to each situation * You identify with our values: customer orientation, respect, teamwork, discipline, simplicity, and cost awareness * You are available during our operating hours (5/6 a.m. to 9/10 p.m., Monday to Saturday; morning or afternoon shifts, occasionally Sundays).
