The Warehouse Operator role is fundamental to the organization and efficiency of logistics centers. This position focuses on the comprehensive management of products—from receipt through to dispatch—ensuring that all processes are carried out safely, accurately, and within established timeframes. Daily activities include verifying incoming goods, classifying them, and storing them in designated locations using material handling equipment and inventory management systems. In addition, the operator will be responsible for preparing orders according to received instructions, ensuring each shipment is complete and meets the quality standards required by both the company and its customers. Warehouse work demands constant attention to detail to prevent inventory errors, as well as the ability to operate specialized machinery—such as forklifts—safely and in compliance with established protocols. This work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to manage varying activity volumes and product types, directly contributing to the supply chain and end-customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the team is essential to coordinate tasks, resolve logistical incidents, and maintain a smooth workflow that optimizes available resources and facility space. This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with a split shift from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Salary is set in accordance with the applicable sectoral collective bargaining agreement, including corresponding Social Security contributions and statutory labor rights. Applicants must hold Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and have a minimum of two years’ experience in similar roles within a warehouse or logistics environment. A valid forklift operator license is mandatory, along with demonstrated teamwork skills, practical problem-solving abilities, and immediate availability to start the position.
