Job Summary: TECNOFISIO is seeking a Social Worker for a senior residence, focused on functional rehabilitation and improving the quality of life of users and their families. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized and interdisciplinary attention in functional rehabilitation. 2. Management of assistance and social support for residents and their families. 3. Comprehensive collaboration and promotion of community support networks. WE ARE SEEKING TO HIRE A SOCIAL WORKER FOR A SENIOR RESIDENCE IN SALLENT: Inform, advise, and assess residents’ social needs. Process economic aid applications, Dependency Law benefits, teleassistance services, and manage assigned cases. Design and implement social programs and projects aimed at preventing or mitigating situations of vulnerability. Monitor cases, evaluate outcomes, and prepare technical reports or social expert assessments. Collaborate with health centers, public institutions, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive intervention. Promote participation, social inclusion, and the creation of support networks within the community. * Minimum 1 year of experience. One year’s experience in senior residences and/or socio-healthcare settings. * Social Work degree * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Planning, development, and evaluation (Level: HIGH) * Vehicle availability: private car * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Part-time schedule (15 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary: 675 * Other relevant information: Flexible morning or afternoon schedule, Monday to Friday.
