We seek to hire an **Industrial Engineer** to manage VPO and price-limited residential construction projects in Mallorca, with emphasis on technical control of installations, planning, and support during execution. **Responsibilities** * Support in **planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction execution**, especially regarding **installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, etc.)**. * Technical supervision of **installations and industrial systems** on site. * Coordination with **subcontractors, suppliers, and technical teams**. * Control of **timelines, costs, and quality** for assigned work packages. * Support in reviewing **technical project documentation, quantity take-offs, and certifications**. * Oversight of **regulatory compliance**, technical regulations, and **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)**. * Construction documentation management and **reporting to management**. * Liaison with the **Technical Direction** and other involved parties. Requirements * Degree in **Industrial Engineering** (or equivalent). * Approx. **2 years’ experience on site**, preferably in **residential or building construction**. * Valuable experience in **MEP installations** (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, fire protection systems). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office suite**. * Strong **organizational skills, technical analysis ability, and incident resolution capability**. * Valid **Class B driving license**, and availability for travel within **Mallorca**.
