DESCRIPTION At Rieka Talent, we are seeking a Factory Director with proven experience in the overall management of industrial plants, preferably in the plastic injection sector, to join the management team of one of our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all factory operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, compliance with ISO and environmental standards, as well as team motivation and performance. Responsibilities will include implementing technical and organizational improvements, managing supply, inventory, and shipments, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance. REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements Minimum requirements: Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as Plant Manager/Factory Director in a plastic injection company. Experience managing teams in production environments. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and 6S methodology. Higher education in Engineering. Knowledge of good environmental practices. Occupational Health and Safety training related to the position. Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, English, and French. Advanced user of ERP systems and MS Office.
