Optimize the balance between forecast and actual demand while ensuring optimal service levels for our customers. **Responsibilities / Tasks / Duties** Analyze and project product demand in the short, medium, and long term. • Conduct statistical and data analysis to develop demand forecasts. • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service departments. • Adjust and periodically review demand forecasts based on market changes or new data. • Facilitate monthly and weekly S&OP meetings. • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), including forecast accuracy metrics, inventory levels, and on-time delivery performance. • Implement and maintain planning tools and systems to improve demand forecast accuracy and planning efficiency. • Conduct detailed analysis of demand and production, generating reports and recommendations for process improvement. • Analyze root causes of demand and production variances. **Requirements** • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
