We are currently looking for a **Software Quality Engineer** to **join and oversee quality processes** within our software development team for critical systems. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define, implement, and maintain software quality assurance processes. * Prepare and supervise technical documentation according to sector regulations (quality plans, audit reports, metrics, etc.). * Collaborate closely with development, verification, and project management teams to ensure compliance with defined standards. * Conduct internal quality audits and participate in formal inspections. * Design, execute, and document test plans and test cases (manual and/or automated). * Identify, report, and track defects and quality issues. * Manage traceability and version control tools. * Participate in continuous improvement activities across the software lifecycle. **Required Knowledge, Experience, and Candidate Profile:** * Degree/Master’s in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in software quality assurance within regulated environments (preferably in defense, aerospace, rail, or automotive). * Knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, acceptance). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Version control, preferably Git. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with standards such as ECSS-E-ST-40C, DO-178C, ISO 25010, or similar. * Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or scripting for automation. * Knowledge and experience with embedded software testing tools and automatic unit test generation tools such as VectorCAST. * Knowledge and experience with static and dynamic code analysis tools such as SonarQube and CodeSonar.
