Job Summary: We are seeking teleoperators with experience in air conditioning to handle technical inquiries and customer service for Portugal and Spain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling technical inquiries regarding air conditioning incidents 2. Customer service for Portugal and support for the Spain team 3. Experience with office tools (Excel, SAP, Salesforce) GiGroup is looking for teleoperators with experience in the air conditioning sector for technical inquiries. You will manage technical inquiries regarding air conditioning incidents as well as customer service tasks for Portugal, while also supporting the Spain team (email management, SAP operations, telephone support, etc.). * Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience as a customer service teleoperator in the air conditioning sector; experience handling incidents; experience using office tools (Excel, SAP, or Salesforce) * High school diploma (Batxillerat) * Competencies / Knowledge: Experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration sector * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional relevant information: Candidates must have experience as a customer service teleoperator in the air conditioning sector; availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00; native-level Portuguese (from Portugal)
