Summary: We are seeking a social worker to support and promote the recovery of individuals with mental disorders and their caregivers, providing information, guidance, and developing social projects. Development and monitoring of the organization's social projects A private organization located in Balaguer needs to hire a social worker to provide support, accompaniment, and promote the recovery of individuals affected by mental disorders and of those caring for them. Mandatory requirements: \- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Social Work. \- Social support for individuals with severe mental disorders and their families. \- Providing information, guidance, and counseling regarding available resources and addressing identified needs. \- Direct service provision at the social club, including planning and conducting workshops and outings. \- Developing, designing, and monitoring the organization's social projects. \- Internal/external coordination with professionals from the social and healthcare network. \- Organizational communication tasks: talks, social media, and website management. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience in identifying needs, assessing requirements and resources, and case management. * Diploma or Technical Engineering \- Social Work * Bachelor's degree \- Social Work * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Experience in direct service provision and workshop facilitation. \- Experience and specialized training in mental health will be valued. \- Proficiency in office software. \- Personal vehicle. \- Geographic proximity will be valued. * Vehicle availability: car * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time schedule (35 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary: 2011
