Spora is looking for people to fill the position of environmental educator and become part of the team implementing a new waste collection service in the comarca of Bages. WHAT WE OFFER • Contract from October 13th to November 22nd • Location: Súria • Schedule: \- From November 3rd to November 30th:  · Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 13\.45 to 20\.15h  · Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays: 8\.45 to 15\.15h  · Plus 1 weekly internal meeting hour to be determined (always in continuous time, just before or after regular hours) TOTAL WEEKLY HOURS 40h • Annual gross salary of 18\.000€ • Potential for professional growth and development WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a person with: • Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with the public • In-depth knowledge of waste separation and management models • Responsible and committed attitude • High initiative and proactiveness • Planning and organizational skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Inform and raise awareness among citizens about how the new selective collection system with smart bins works. • Respond to inquiries, resolve doubts, and provide support to users during system implementation. • Manage and activate the information point designated for citizens. • Conduct informational home visits to commercial establishments to explain proper bin usage and personal identification (cards, access keys, etc.). • Support communication and outreach activities (talks, information points, educational events, etc.). • Identify incidents and report them to the relevant technical team. * Experience: 3 months in the field of environmental education and/or waste management * REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING DEGREE * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Skills / knowledge: • Dynamism and attitude to face new challenges • Organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment • Teamwork ability * Vehicle availability required * Driving license: B * Indefinite employment contract (1 month) * Full-time intensive schedule * Monthly gross salary 1,500€
