**Job Description** A key technical role within the Logistics department, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics operations that ensure the efficient flow of materials, equipment, and products—from preparation through to dispatch. The Logistics Technician ensures traceability, adherence to deadlines, and proper documentation management, acting as the operational liaison between Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Transportation, and customers, thereby directly contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of logistics and transportation documentation (delivery notes, CMR consignment notes, packing lists, etc.). * Coordinate with Warehouse and Production to guarantee correct preparation and availability of materials for dispatch. * Monitor shipments, anticipate issues, and propose solutions to minimize impacts on deadlines and costs. * Record and maintain up-to-date logistics information in management systems (ERP). * Analyze basic logistics performance indicators (deadlines, incidents, costs) and propose improvements. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. **Requirements** * Education in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field. * Prior experience in logistics functions within an industrial or OEM environment. * Knowledge of transportation processes and logistics management. * Proficiency in ERP systems and office software. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and incident-resolution skills. **Expectations** * Methodical, rigorous approach with a strong focus on meeting deadlines. * Proactivity and cross-departmental collaboration. * Orientation toward operational efficiency and continuous improvement
