Job Description Position Vacant **ENGINEER** Location Central Catalonia County Osona Number of Positions 1 Category Engineer Department Technical Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 Salary Negotiable depending on profile Contract Type Permanent Contract Duration Indefinite Description Main responsibilities: - Provide support in technical planning and resolution of technical incidents arising at the plant - Monitor technical projects associated with the facility, controlling deadlines, progress, and execution quality - Prepare technical reports and documentation required by both the company and the client - Identify needs and improvement opportunities regarding equipment, processes, and facilities, and propose actions to enhance plant efficiency and reliability - Perform process engineering tasks, analyzing and optimizing workflow and operational parameters - Apply LEAN methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and standardize processes - Supervise technical work performed by external suppliers when necessary - Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations related to Safety, Quality, and Environment - Participate in internal and external audits related to plant operations Publication Date 27/02/2026 Requirements Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent Preferred - Experience in a similar work environment - Experience in process engineering is preferred - Residence in the county of Osona or neighboring areas Requirements We are seeking an Engineer to support the management of a waste treatment plant in Central Catalonia.
