We expect all new hires to embody these values. **Your Role at Iberia:** The Maintenance Technician in our engine workshop is responsible for the disassembly, assembly, and testing of engines sent by our customers for repair. **Your Challenges:** * Ensure the application and compliance with safety and health guidelines. * Ensure the quality of completed work. * Contribute to the established delivery schedule for each engine. * Continuously improve team performance and work processes through feedback, problem resolution, and idea generation, while driving root-cause corrective action for behavioral and operational issues. **Your Qualifications:** You must hold one of the following Vocational Training qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Cycle: * Senior Technician in Automotive Engineering Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle: * Technician in Automotive Electromechanics Languages: * Intermediate English Other vocational training cycles and experience related to mechanics, as well as knowledge of aeronautical English, will be valued.
