Job Summary: Provide support to people with physical disabilities to achieve their life goals autonomously and independently, carrying out cooperation functions in daily activities, accompaniment, and other activities related to the independent living project. Promotes autonomy and independence Provide cooperation to people with physical disabilities so they can successfully accomplish their life goals in an autonomous and independent manner. Cooperation functions or substitution activities in daily living support tasks (hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, personal care, etc.). Cooperation functions in accompaniment activities outside the home (leisure, training, employment, medical appointments, community participation, personal errands, among others). Cooperation functions or substitution activities in other tasks forming part of the user's independent living project. For example: domestic cooperation functions. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Flexibility and adaptability to environments. Person-centered attention. Honesty, respect, responsibility, and active listening. Commitment, empathy, discretion, confidentiality, assertiveness, and mediation. Ability to be proactive without being directive. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Disability certificate. Training in dependency care, socio-healthcare, nursing, etc. Training in social integration, social education, or other relevant training and vocational qualifications. Flexible working hours. Availability to travel. Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, including appropriate personal hygiene and attire suited to the work context. Food handler's certificate. Driver's license. Residence in the municipality of employment or nearby municipalities. * Availability to travel * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time schedule (9 hours \- weekly working hours) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '200' to '350' * Other relevant information: Base Salary (SB) 311.46€, Extra Pay (PPEXTRA) 52.42€, Variable pay for night/weekend shifts. Working hours: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Annual Gross Salary: 5087.18€. Substitution Contract (CTO) covering vacation period from (05/08/2026 to 05/10/2026\)
