We are looking to hire a **Contracting Specialist** for a **6-month temporary replacement**, combining strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and operational insight to ensure all hotel contracting information is properly managed and updated in our systems.

**What will be your mission?**
You will be responsible for supporting hotel contracting and the operational management of agreements with hotels and suppliers at destination, ensuring all commercial information (prices, allocations, offers, and conditions) is correctly loaded, updated, and available in our internal systems.
Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating between internal teams and external suppliers, contributing to agile, reliable operations aligned with business needs.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Manage and formalize contracts with hotels.
* Load and update hotel contracts in internal systems.
* Keep hotel-provided prices, allocations, and conditions up to date.
* Manage sales openings and closures, including stop-sales when necessary.
* Load and update offers in the relevant systems.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as Product, Reservations, and Administration to ensure information consistency.
* Coordinate with hotels, receptive agencies, and other destination suppliers to maintain up-to-date commercial information.
* Provide support in the operational handling of incidents related to contracting, availability, or content.
**What are we looking for in you?**
* Medium or higher vocational training or university degree in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields (a university degree in Tourism or similar is desirable).
* Approx. 2 years’ experience in roles related to hotel contracting, product, reservations, or supplier management within the tourism sector.
* Understanding of how the hotel and tourism industry operates.
* Experience with channel managers, XML integrations, or processes for loading prices, allocations, and offers is desirable.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal management tools.
* Experience with hotel connectivity platforms is desirable.
