




**DESCRIPTION** --------------- Operations are the essence of everything we do at Amazon. Thanks to their effectiveness, items are processed and delivered to our customers on time. As a logistics team coordinator, you will oversee shift management at one of our Vendor Flex logistics nodes. You will control our on-site operations and play a key role in delivering customer orders at every stage of the chain. You will be responsible for coordinating operational processes and the workflow of Amazon customer orders, monitoring various key performance indicators, and maintaining constant communication with the logistics service provider. Key job responsibilities * Measure and monitor workflows, track on-site performance, and provide important shift insights to frontline leadership to ensure operational excellence across all shifts * Support and train employees to deliver excellent service and supervise their daily tasks * Support the shift or area manager with projects to improve processes, foster a safe work environment, and increase workforce engagement * Work with other departments to find solutions addressing common issues or support needs in key performance areas * Use data analysis to identify ways to optimize safety, quality, and productivity A day in the life As a process assistant, you will work with one of Amazon's main logistics service partners from their operational site. You will assist representatives in executing the shift plan. This will involve helping organize team meetings before the shift and supervising procedures to ensure everyone follows safety standards, quality processes, and the day’s priority plan. Any issues you identify will be communicated to your manager, but at times you will be the most experienced person on the shift, providing guidance to others to complete their tasks. At other times, you will help your shift or area leader plan staffing to ensure enough team members are working during peak hours.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal (Common European Framework of Reference C1, CEFR). * Relevant experience working with data analysis and using these metrics to identify issues. * Relevant experience using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Experience managing business partners, including establishing and maintaining professional relationships. * Experience in an operational environment, such as logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service. * Upper intermediate level of English.
