We are looking for a NIGHT CONCIERGE/SECURITY GUARD for our hotels in Mallorca. We want the night shift host/hostess at our hotel to be an active, versatile, solution-oriented, customer service enthusiast who meets the following ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Demonstrable knowledge and more than 2 years of experience in the position. \- High level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued. \- Computer skills at user level. Knowledge of PMS Avalon will be valued. \- Residence in Mallorca **Main responsibilities will be:** \- Monitor, supervise access points, and ensure the safety of facilities and guests. \- Perform check-ins and check-outs occurring during the shift. \- Provide necessary information requested by guests. \- Carry out end-of-day closing procedures and corresponding document submissions to the Civil Guard. **We offer:** Indefinite fixed-discontinuous contract of 40 weekly hours.
