You will play a key role in orchestrating collaboration between business units, design, technology, and delivery teams to transform product ideas into tangible digital experiences. Your mission will be to ensure that our Customer Portals continuously evolve to meet user expectations, align with business objectives, and foster engagement. You will support the CX Product Lead in translating strategy into execution, serving as the bridge between product vision, design, technology, and market needs. **Responsibilities** Product Strategy and Roadmap * Maintain the product roadmap for the CX platform, aligned with the company's strategy. * Prioritize features and improvements based on customer insight, business impact, and technical feasibility. Product Discovery and Customer Understanding * Conduct user research and market analysis with UX and marketing teams to identify pain points and opportunities. * Gather business requirements and use cases from stakeholders across business units to design suitable solutions. * Translate insights into actionable product improvements and new functionalities.
