




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to ensure resolution of incidents and provide advisory services on IT systems and equipment for our operation in Vigo. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site and remote resolution of IT incidents 2. Daily advisory and support to users on software and hardware 3. Responsibilities At Avanza, a leading road passenger transport company, we require an IT Support Technician for our Vigo operation (Vitrasa), ensuring proper resolution of incidents received through the technical assistance service for users of Group applications and IT equipment. What will your role involve? * Resolve IT incidents received via SAT, telephone, or email—both on-site and remotely. * Provide on-site and telephone advisory support to Mobility ADO staff on IT matters. * Install, configure, and prepare software and hardware for use by Mobility ADO personnel. * Provide daily support to users on software and hardware usage, as well as technological support for official office events or meetings. * Perform preventive and corrective technical support for structured cabling and telephony networks. * Carry out configuration, maintenance, and repair of route machines. * Implement and monitor compliance with Mobility ADO’s policies regarding the use of IT assets and services. * Install, configure, and update antivirus and other cybersecurity threat protection systems. * Detect and remove potential viruses and/or spyware, and recover deleted or destroyed data. * Manage hardware and software inventory. * Collaborate in preparing documentation and user training for tools or applications impacting users’ work (network, email, security, access, other applications, etc...) Requirements Bachelor’s Degree / Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science; Higher Vocational Training in Computer Science or Telecommunications Specialized Training in ICT Support Advanced Office Software proficiency; Operating Systems, ERP 3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician Personal vehicle required Offer Permanent contract Working hours: 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00\.
