




Job Summary: We are seeking receptionists to provide customer service, manage check-in/out procedures, handle reservations, process billing, and resolve incidents, while collaborating with the team. Collaboration with the hotel team We are seeking two individuals for reception positions in Llanera (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include providing both telephone and in-person service to hotel guests, offering information and advice regarding all available services. They will also be responsible for managing guest arrivals (check\-in) and departures (check\-out). Additionally, they will handle reservations received by telephone or via the website, manage orders, issue invoices, and resolve any incidents that may arise. Close collaboration with the rest of the hotel team is essential. Previous experience in a similar position is required, along with a high level of English proficiency to conduct fluent conversations and familiarity with the FORTUNE software. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for commuting to the workplace. A permanent discontinuous full-time contract is offered, with rotating shifts according to scheduling.
