The main duties include: Check \- in/Check \- out. Room key control and reading. Safe deposit box rentals. Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift colleague. Responsible for all activities generated during one's working shift. • Incident management (but not resolution). Luggage handling. Room changes. Mail management. Room sales. Switchboard call handling. Supervision of bell staff under one's responsibility. ### **Requirements** REQUIREMENTSPrior experience in a similar role. Tourism-related education. Advanced English \+ Other languages are valued. Customer-oriented attitude. SAP knowledge will be highly appreciated. ### **Offered** OFFERED40-hour weekly contract. Rotating shifts.
