Support different departments with employee data extraction requests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain organizational structures in SAP, based on the definitions established by the company. To ensure that processes and automations relying on this data function correctly. * Guarantee the accurate representation of the organizational chart and position chart in the SAP/Success Factors platform, ensuring proper functioning of processes and approval workflows. * Report possible incidents related to SAP/Success Factors regarding organizational structure to correct any potential errors. * Maintain and manage access permissions in SAP HR according to defined data structures and confidentiality criteria. * Manage work accident reports (with and without leave) through the Delt@ platform. Process claims with the mutual insurance company and follow up on each case. Verify and accurately record data related to workplace accidents, ensuring correct entry into systems. * Coordinate and complete labor surveys required by the INE, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established deadlines. * Support employee data extraction for different departments of the company.
