What are we looking for? Project Technician **Description:** 1\. Familiarize yourself with all projects currently implemented by the organization. 2\. Provide support to all active projects in the Balearic Islands. 3\. Design new projects. 4\. Participate in the organization’s cross-cutting projects. 5\. Manage project documentation and reports for the organization. 6\. Identify public/private funding sources. 7\. Co-design and conduct research. 8\. Design pilot tests. 9\. Coordinate and support coordinators of the various territorial services. 10\. Coordinate with other cross-cutting departments within the organization. **Offered:** **Contract type:** Temporary contract **Contract duration:** Approximately 7 months **Working hours:** 38.5 hours per week **Salary:** €26,300 gross per year **Requirements:** **Qualification:** Diploma, bachelor’s degree or undergraduate degree in the social field: Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Education, Social Work, Sociology. **Specific training:** Gender equality and gender-based violence; childhood and family; project design. **Experience:** Project design and implementation. Minimum one year of work experience in third-sector organizations.
