Now, we are looking for an **Intermediate Project Engineer for Logistics and Industrial Projects, based in our Barcelona or Madrid office,** **with weekly visits to Zaragoza.** The project engineer defines technical solutions and organizes technical alignment on a variety of equipment, facilities, utilities, components, products, and systems for a diverse client base of manufacturers. He/she maintains and oversees part of / the complete project process; prepares status reports and delivers the documentation on schedule. **What is the role About?** As a Project Manager at IPS, you’ll be responsible for managing exciting projects, from small improvements to large\-scale developments. You’ll work closely with a dynamic international team, using the best project management tools to help our clients succeed. You’ll have the chance to take ownership of the whole project journey, from planning to execution, with the following phases:* Project Feasibility: Defining project goals, layouts, schedules, procurement strategies, and financial planning. * Project Preparation: Handling investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing, and procurement. * Project Realization: Overseeing detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning, and operational management. We believe in your potential and offer a clear career growth plan along with BIM training to keep you ahead in the industry.### **Requirements** ¢ Degree OR master’s in civil Engineer/Industrial Engineer. ¢ 6 to 10 Years of experience in Project Management. At least 4 years of experience within Logistics. ¢ Experience with logistics projects with a budget of 15–20 million. ¢ Experience on complete life cycle of a Civil project: master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management and supervision. ¢ MEP experience is an asset. ¢ Feeling comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. ¢ Competences MS Office, office package, BIM and Presto. ¢ Languages: Spanish and English. French is a plus. ¢ National mobility. Master's degree in engineering: civil engineer, Architect, electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/electromechanical engineering 10 years of relevant experience with industrial projects, 5 to 7 years of which at critical locations such as data centers, hospitals, military facilities, complex industrial projects.
