This increased profitability can be achieved through leasing these spaces, via: · Renewal of old contracts, · Identification of new spaces, · Signing Framework Agreements/Joint Ventures. Within the Asset Management (Real Estate) area, your training plan will involve learning and contributing to the following responsibilities: * Departmental document management.
