**Girasol** is seeking a socioeducational support technician to temporarily cover a maternity leave position at its supervised housing facility in Palma for individuals with mental health disorders.

Job responsibilities:
SUPPORT AND ACCOMPANIMENT FOR PEOPLE WITH SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS
* Accompany and support in basic daily life activities
* Accompany and support in communication
* Accompany and support in interpersonal relationships
* Accompany and support in self-direction
* Accompany and support in using community resources
* Collaborate in developing, coordinating, and monitoring the Individual Support Plan (PT)
* Coordinate with the assigned technician for the participating individual
* Attend periodic meetings with management
IMPLEMENTATION AND EVALUATION OF THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
* Daily living activities
* Accessibility support
* Self-direction programs
* Health care
* Well-being activities
* Social assistance
* Community living
* Relationships
* Family support
SERVICE PROMOTION
* Promote awareness of the service among various social stakeholders.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
* Ensure compliance with procedures and documentation of the Quality Management System.
***Required academic qualifications:***
* Technician qualification in one of the following fields:
o Socio-healthcare assistance at home.
o Socioeducational promotion and intervention.
o Education for personal and social autonomy skills.
o Assistance for dependent persons.
o Auxiliary nursing care.
o Other vocational training qualifications in healthcare, social or community fields, or Level 2 or 3 professional certificates in healthcare, community, social or dependent-person assistance fields.
***Minimum professional experience:***
* Experience working with individuals with mental disorders and/or disabilities.
***Required knowledge:***
* Network-based working methodology.
* Office software proficiency.
***Other desirable attributes:***
* Catalan language certificate C or equivalent
+ Communication and teamwork skills.
+ Adaptability.
**Job requirements:**
* Valid driver’s license.
* Availability of a personal vehicle.
* Flexibility in working hours.
**WHAT WE OFFER:**
**Annual gross remuneration**: €26,149.62, according to the XVI General Collective Agreement for Centres and Services for People with Disabilities. Professional category: Qualified Staff Level I. Base salary distributed across 14 annual payments, plus allowances/differentials distributed across 12 annual payments.
**Training and development**: You will have access to 25 annual training hours during working time, aimed at enhancing your personal and technical competencies. Additionally, you may design an individualized training plan tailored to your professional development within the organization.
**Psychological support**: You will receive three free psychological therapy sessions at an external psychology center.
**Kilometre allowance**: Reimbursement of €0.27 per kilometre for travel related to service delivery.
