




We are seeking a person to provide administrative support to the commercial team in the real estate sector. The main mission will be to accurately and meticulously manage operations, ensuring data and process quality. Responsibilities include registering transactions in the system, reviewing all relevant information regarding properties, amounts, clients, and deadlines. The candidate will also coordinate property handovers, managing appointments, notary offices, management firms, and financial institutions, as well as reviewing purchase-sale documents. Ensuring data quality and identifying any potential errors will be essential. A background in administration and prior experience of 2–3 years in similar roles within the real estate sector is desirable. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite—particularly Excel and Word—is required; experience with Dynamics and Navision is considered an asset. We seek a detail-oriented, organized, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills.
