




Position Summary: Sociolaboral intervention with employees with disabilities, developing Individualized Sociolaboral Support Plans (PASI) and supporting their professional development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sociolaboral accompaniment and intervention for persons with disabilities. 2. Development of Individualized Sociolaboral Support Plans (PASI). 3. Promotion of professional progression and transition to the mainstream labor market. Providing sociolaboral accompaniment and intervention to staff members with disabilities, supporting their integration, retention, and professional development across various centers. Responsible for developing Individualized Sociolaboral Support Plans (PASI), based on a diagnostic assessment and evaluation of intervention strategies. Identification and development of training programs, in collaboration with other departments, to enhance occupational and personal skills. Promotion of professional progression initiatives, including job prospecting, intermediation, and support during transition to the mainstream labor market. A degree in Social Work is required; other qualifications related to Social Sciences are also valued. Prior experience in vocational guidance, functional diversity, and mediation is desirable. Knowledge of sign language is an asset. Priority will be given to candidates with disabilities or IPT status. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across workplaces in Asturias are required. A permanent, full-time contract is offered.
