Position Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform maintenance tasks in hotels, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Will carry out maintenance tasks in hotel establishments. 2. Will monitor consumption and ensure energy efficiency. 3. Will resolve operational and conservation issues related to equipment and facilities. Roc Hotels is currently looking for a maintenance technician for the Technical Services Department in our hotels in Palmanova and Illetas. You will carry out maintenance tasks in the establishments. * What do we expect from you? * Scheduled repairs assigned by the Head of Technical Services. * Monitoring of consumption (electricity, gas / diesel, water, energy losses, water leaks, etc.) and energy efficiency control. * Maintaining facilities in proper working condition. Conducting necessary tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of facilities. Performing assigned preventive maintenance checklists. * Workshop organization tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager. * Receiving materials from suppliers. * Resolving issues related to the operation and conservation of equipment and facilities, reported by hotel guests or staff via telephone, written incident reports, or other IT systems. * Documenting completed tasks. * Specific tasks assigned from the previous shift. * Pool monitoring. * Tasks assigned under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. * Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of facilities. * Performing maintenance on materials, facilities, and machinery. Taking responsibility for tools and equipment assigned to you. **Requirements** Minimum Qualification: Higher or Intermediate Vocational Training Experience: 2–3 years Professional Category: Employee Residence: Province of the vacancy Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, and common tools. Demonstrable experience in maintenance tasks (at least 2 years). Preferred Qualifications: Basic English language skills. Office software proficiency.
