The selected candidate will be responsible for innovating the beverage offering and training the team, ensuring a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. JOB OBJECTIVES: Supervise and lead the bartender team, guaranteeing high-quality service and an exceptional customer experience. Create and develop new cocktail recipes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Create and develop new cocktail and specialty drink recipes. \- Supervise and train the bartender team, ensuring excellent service. \- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food and beverage handling regulations. \- Interact with customers to provide recommendations and enhance their experience. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at the bar and work areas.
