**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Supervisor – Construction Works (Ceuta) in Ceuta. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ceuta **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize on-site construction activities in accordance with instructions from the Site Manager, ensuring work quality and performance. * Assist in planning the intervention, preparing budgets, and setting out works. * Organize and coordinate work teams, providing specific task instructions to workers. * Plan and validate activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as the receipt of materials and supplies on site, following instructions from the Site Manager. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the site, confirming its receipt and reporting any incidents. * Supervise construction execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Site Safety and Health Plan (PSS) for the intervention, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environmental standards. * Draft and sign off on relevant work reports, and immediately report any accidents or anomalies occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment Record (Vida Laboral) and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) qualification in Agriculture, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities). ### **Previous Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as Construction Site Supervisor. (In case of possessing such experience, supporting documentation must be provided to verify compliance, e.g., Employment Record (Vida Laboral) and/or job function certification.) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Basic Occupational Risk Prevention Course (60 hours). (Such training must be documented upon application submission.) * Waste Management Course (75 hours). (Such training must be documented upon application submission.) ### **Previous Experience** * Between 5 and 15 years performing duties as Construction Site Supervisor. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Accredited training or demonstrable experience in Presto. (Supporting documentation must be submitted to verify compliance with this training and/or experience.) * Accredited training or demonstrable experience in AutoCAD. (Supporting documentation must be submitted to verify compliance with this training and/or experience.) **Observations** ----------------- * + A temporary contract is offered, estimated duration of 12 months, linked to implementation of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working schedule.
