DESCRIPTION One of our clients located in Mallorca, currently expanding in the field of software development, is seeking a proactive individual open to working with emerging technologies, who can contribute knowledge and experience to a highly skilled team with expertise in Systems and Telecommunications. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Infrastructure team. For this position, we seek a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and a passion for helping both people and technology grow. We especially value the ability to build trust, make sound decisions, prioritize effectively in demanding environments, and maintain close communication with technical and business teams. **Responsibilities:** **Leadership:** * Lead, coordinate, and develop the Systems and Telecommunications team. * Organize area planning by setting priorities and ensuring objective achievement. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and talent development. * Coordinate communication with other technical and business areas. **Infrastructure and Operations:** * Ensure availability, stability, and evolution of the technological infrastructure. * Supervise maintenance of servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and data centers (CPDs). * Ensure proper administration of Linux, Windows, and Windows Server environments. * Supervise backup management, disaster recovery, and service continuity. * Ensure proper functioning of infrastructure monitoring and observability. **Security and Compliance:** * Define and supervise information security policies. * Promote system hardening and adherence to best practices. * Ensure regulatory compliance and proper management of technological risks. * Lead response to critical incidents and crisis situations. **Technological Transformation** * Drive initiatives for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. * Participate in the evolution of DevOps and CI/CD processes. * Evaluate new technologies and propose architectural improvements. * Manage relationships with technology vendors and manufacturers. **Requirements:** * Computer Engineering (Systems specialization or equivalent) or Telecommunications Engineering. * 6\-7 years of experience leading teams, ideally of \+5 people. * Linux, Windows, and Windows Server. * Networks, routing, switching, VPN, and firewalls. * Active Directory. * VMware. * Data center (CPD) administration. * Monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana...). * Security and hardening. * Storage and backup systems. * Bash, PowerShell, and scripting. * CI/CD. **What We Offer:** * Job stability. * Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days office. * Flexible schedule oriented toward work-life balance.
