Job Summary: We are seeking an agricultural engineer to train as a Greenkeeper Assistant, learning how to supervise construction projects, manage machinery, and maintain the quality standards of the golf course. Key Highlights: 1. Training as a Greenkeeper Assistant on golf courses. 2. Supervision of construction projects and maintenance of machinery. 3. Management of fertilizers, pest control, and irrigation optimization. DESCRIPTION We require an agricultural engineer to join our golf courses for training as a Greenkeeper Assistant. The main responsibilities you will learn to perform with us are: * Monitoring and supervision of construction works carried out on the golf course. * Directing, planning, and performing maintenance of golf course machinery. * Assessing the golf course's requirements. * Studying and implementing seeding and cultivation methods for turfgrass species used on golf courses. * Managing and applying fertilizers and soil conditioners. * Diagnosing diseases and implementing pest identification and control methods. * Ensuring proper functioning of drainage systems. * Operating the irrigation computer to optimize water and energy consumption. * Coordinating the work team, assigning tasks, and supervising personnel under your responsibility. * Ensuring adherence to the company's quality standards. * Collaborating with Greenkeepers to ensure successful task execution. * Complying with occupational safety regulations as well as our environmental commitments.
