(Olot) Job Description Position **Treasury Manager** Location Olot Region Garrotxa Number of positions 1 Category As per position Department Finance Working hours 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Salary According to assessment Contract type Permanent Contract duration Permanent Description Industrial company with national and international operations seeks to hire a Treasury Manager to lead the group’s financial management and coordinate relations with banking institutions. Main responsibilities Management and supervision of treasury operations across various companies, both nationally and internationally. Control of payments, collections, and preparation of cash flow forecasts. Monitoring and optimization of banking commissions and expenses. Coordination and negotiation with financial institutions and management of financing operations. Execution and supervision of foreign trade operations, especially in foreign exchange matters. Preparation of treasury and financial reports and dashboards for management. Leadership and development of the treasury team, ensuring its smooth operation and professional growth. Required profile University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance or related field. 3–4 years’ experience in treasury, financial administration, accounting or corporate client management within banking institutions. Languages: fluent Catalan and Spanish; intermediate-to-advanced English. Tools: proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Analytical, organized profile with leadership ability and results orientation. Offered conditions Indefinite-term contract. Full-time position. Stable working hours from Monday to Thursday, with reduced hours on Friday. Intensive working schedule during summer period. Possibility of teleworking and flexible working hours.
