DESCRIPTION One of our clients on the island is looking for an accountant for the Capdepera area. The responsibilities are as follows: * General and analytical accounting of the company. * Cost, margin, and variance control per project. * Management of invoices to suppliers, subcontractors, and project certifications. * Preparation of monthly closings, budgets, and financial reports for management. * Handling tax obligations (VAT, IRPF, Corporate Tax). * Propose improvements in accounting and financial control processes. * Monthly amortization. **Requirements** * Degree in accounting, administration, finance, economics, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant in a construction company. * In-depth knowledge of the PGC (General Accounting Plan) and specifically the PGC for construction. * Proficiency in ERPs (M4Pro or similar). * Advanced Excel skills. * Responsible, meticulous, and analytical individual. * Strong communication skills: clients, subcontractors, management team, and site managers. **Conditions** * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours. * Location: Capdepera.
