Stable position with professional growth and development CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is looking to hire a Deputy Head of Reception for our CATALONIA MAJORICA hotel (PALMA DE MALLORCA). The main responsibilities include: * Supervising and coordinating the reception team, supporting the Head of Reception in the department’s daily organization. * Managing check\-in and check\-out processes. * Providing customer service and resolving incidents, ensuring agile and high-quality service. * Coordinating and supervising room assignments, room changes, and special requests. * Cash control, daily closings, and monitoring of administrative procedures specific to reception. * Supervising reservations, room sales, and availability control. * Managing and tracking customer calls, emails, and requests. * Supporting the training, motivation, and supervision of reception and bell staff under their responsibility. * Ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality standards and procedures. * Acting as substitute for the Head of Reception during their absence, assuming full departmental operations. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in a similar role or as a receptionist with supervisory responsibilities. * Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are highly valued. * Strong customer orientation and leadership capability. * Organizational, communication, and incident resolution skills. * Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
