If you’re looking for stability and growth, this is your opportunity to join a constantly evolving team. ### **Key Responsibilities:** As an Area Manager, your leadership will be essential to driving performance, operational excellence, and team development across your assigned region. * Lead and motivate store teams by optimizing staff scheduling, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a high-performance and engaged culture. * Define and ensure implementation of product presentation, labeling, and display standards to maximize commercial appeal. * Supervise and ensure correct implementation of all internal and external processes, guaranteeing compliance with audits, regulations, and company policies. * Ensure excellence in customer service, reflecting our brand image and values. * Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. * Supervise and optimize stock control and merchandise transfer processes to ensure product availability. * Monitor, analyze, and act upon key KPIs to drive continuous improvement, strategic decision-making, and achievement of sales targets. ### **Profile Requirements:** * Relevant professional education and/or work experience.
