Continuous training and real opportunities for advancement An expanding ophthalmology clinic seeks to hire an **Optometrist** to join a growing, multidisciplinary team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Direct support to the ophthalmology team. * Refraction and comprehensive optometric examination. * Conducting complementary tests: OCT, visual field testing, optical coherence tomography (OCT), biometry, pachymetry. * Calculation of intraocular lens (IOL) power. * Participation in the diagnostic and pre-surgical process. **Desired Profile:** * Prior experience is valued but not mandatory. * Special emphasis will be placed on **motivation for professional development and growth**. * Interest in continuous learning and teamwork. **Employment Conditions:** * Weekly working hours: **36 hours**. * Schedule: * Monday to Friday: **9:00 AM – 1:00 PM** * Monday to Thursday: **4:00 PM – 8:00 PM** * **Friday afternoons off** * Salary: **€2,000 net per month** (12 payments per year). * Bonuses linked to surgical activity. * **Professional development and learning opportunities provided by the clinic**. * Support for continuing education. **We Offer:** * Integration into an established and rapidly expanding clinic. * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Continuous training and real opportunities for professional growth.
